Much of D’Vorah’s kit is built towards getting her aggressive close-range kit ready. Her stabby spider legs return and bring the pain in rapid fashion, she’s able to spin opponents up in nasty webbing for more damage, and she has a lot of bug attacks that bring both long-range damage and some damage-over-time effects that will keep players struggling against the swarm. She brings a fair share of fast close-up attacks and various long-range buggy projectiles to her style. You'd better be ready to play a hard game of chase when Cetrion is your opponent.ĭ’Vorah is sort of an in-between of Kitana and Cetrion. Cetrion is bound to confound and frustrate foes trying to get close to her with her varied long-range offense. She’s a sorceress that plays keep-away with her tracking grabs, push back attacks, and multi-layered projectiles. Cetrion can call down meteors, summon boulders and rock walls, fire hellfire beams, and more sorcery. Cetrion is an Elder Goddess in the Mortal Kombat universe attuned to the elements. Next up we had our first deep dive into Cetrion. Even if Mileena isn’t here, her spirit is alive and well in Kitana. Kitana also has moves that reference her more devious half-sister Mileena, such as a sai-based moves and a teleporting dive kick. Absorbing enough projectiles buffs her fans into an empowered state where she will do more damage with them. Sweeping her fans up, Kitana can absorb projectiles into her fans. One of the more interesting moves to come to Kitana is a Royal Protector fan move. In addition to her long strings, Kitana returns with a mobile moves to keep her opponents guessing, such as a double jump “flutter” to fake out uppercuts and anti-air, and, of course, her fan blades for plenty of projectile game.
